Payment terms
Once the homeowner pays, funds are transferred to you quickly via same-day ACH transfer, credit card payment or mailed check.
Valid W-9
A completed and signed W-9 so tax purposes. so we can properly report payments to your business for tax purposes
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Must list 'Casa Technologies, Inc.' as an Additional Insured party to protect Casa while you’re performing work for our homeowners — a standard requirement that ensures everyone is properly covered in case of accidents or damages.
Estimates and agreements
All estimates and contracts remain in your company’s name and addressed to the homeowner’s name.
